Free Company Requirements:
We welcome all player as well as all jobs, EU & NA players are welcome as we consist of a mix of time zones currently within our ranks.
IF you own a Ipad, Iphone, Android Device or just play on PC we do suggest you have Teamspeak 3 and come on and be social but mainly when running events with the free company we do like to have everyone who can be on teamspeak.
End Game Requirements (Coil & Tower):
Must have at least 2 lvl50 job & have Full Darklight for flexiblity, be able to work within a team & become part of the group, be able to take & give constructive criticism.
Trial Period:
If you are selected to join Equillibrium Free Company one of the leaders shall send you a "tell" in game to say you have been accepted and send you an invite to the Company.
You then will be put onto a 3 week trial period and given the rank of "recruit" where you will be monitored once this trial period is over you will gain the Rank of "Memeber" and become a full memeber to the Free Company.
Voting & Disussion Period:
Once your Application has been posted, An admin to the forums shall move your application into the approved memebers only section of the forums for private disussion, this period can take upto 1-2 days once it has been discussed you shall be contacted in the game as soon as possible.

To post you Application "COPY" the applcation form below, then click on "add new thread" put in your game name & then "PASTE" it into there, fill in the answers to the questions and then click "SUBMIT" then your application will be posted for the admins to see.
