Equillibrium Free Company is a casual group who are looking to expand and grow together to form a foundation in which we will build upon to reach our ultimate goal in reaching & taking part of the end game content it has to offer.
Primarily Equillibrium is a group of friends looking to expand and grow adding new or old players to FF Online series & other MMOs, our goal is to help each other learn their class & role within the game, also to progress through the content in more of a enjoyable pace and to grow as a Free Company.
If you are here expecting Equillibrium to be "HARDCORE" then you are looking in the wrong place, we do have aspirations and ultimate goal to reach end game content but to do it as a group enjoyable pace.
Goals of Equillibrium:
1. To have a strong & fun community with the Free Company.
2. To help each other learn our roles within the game & help each other through the content that is open to us.
3. To progress through the content in an enjoyable as can be pace but not being felt like they are being rushed and being dragged through content thats not at an enjoyable speed to them.
4. To ultimately reach our goal of end game content & to have become efficent in working as a unit knowing our Jobs and how they work but primarily working as a team to reach these goals.
Equillibrium Free Company Rules:
Rule 1 - Equillibrium is a casual Free Company that does have a goal to progress through its content to reach the final end game contant but in more of a "Casual" & "Enjoyable" pace.
Equillibrium is NOT at all to be classed "HARDCORE" and if members are being made to feel that they are being pushed into progressing or being rushed through content when then those who are making other members feel this way will be discussed & talked to by & with leaders.
Rule 2 - Respect amongst the FF Online community, Other Free Companies & members of Equillibrium is a big thing. Respecting others inside & outside of the Free Company is up most priority. We highly advise that you follow this and play nicely.
If we hear that you have been disrespectful to anyone outside or within the Free Company and has been brought to Leaders attention then you will have a chance to explain yourself and if you cant give us a good enough reason for your actions then you will be removed from the Free Company.
Rule 3 - Our Free Company does NOT and will NOT attempt to try and MPK other players. MPK is a violation of the Terms of Service that we will not break. If you start to attempt to MPK people and be part of our Free Company you will be removed as soon as possible and no reacceptance will be granted.
Leaders:
The Free Company Master - is the leader & creator of the Free Company. If there are any issues with other linkshells or harassment or anything of that sort please contact me "Mattaus Swiftarrow" either in /tell or in PM.
Free Company Officers - are the final word if I am not around. So they will be taking the lead and making the choices, so then everyone in the shell needs to treat them with respect and listen to them.
If you have a problem with anything in the Free Company leaders / officers can help & assist. Please do not be afraid to address any concerns with them or with me. If you have a problem with a leader, your concerns will be confidential and you can message me or /tell me in game and the issue will be reviewed.
